| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育教学的应用中，无领导小组讨论教学法目前尚处于补充、完善、改进的探索阶段。高校应重视和发掘无领导小组讨论法，以此提高课堂教学效果，全面提高学生的综合素质和能力，促进学生的充分就业和成才。
