| 摘 要： | 胡适是希望通过参加中国民权保障同盟,来继续他争取人权的事业,但他不主张将争取人权变成反政府行为。胡适与中国民权保障同盟总部的分歧导致了北平分会的解散。胡适的主张,不但影响了北平分会,还影响了同盟总部的中坚人物蔡元培及林语堂,这在同盟最终解散过程中,产生了一定影响。

| Abstract: | Hashi hoped to continue his cause of striving for human rights by joining China League for Civil Rights. But he didn't hold that the striving for human rights should be turned into actions against the government. It was the disagreement between Hushi and the leadquarter of China League for Civil Rights that led to the break-up of Peking Branch. Hashi's ideas influenced not only Peking Branch but also Cai Yuan-pei and Lin Yu-tang, the two backbone figares in the leadquarter, which made a certain impact on the League's final break-up. |
