在线论文发布是未来学术交流的一种必然模式，而现有发布平台在个性化服务、论文质量控制、论文资源整合和动态调度、元数据控制和利用等方面都存在不足。提出基于用户历史数据和行为数据的用户兴趣建模、基于用户兴趣模型的个性化信息推送服务、基于开放评议和交互写作的论文质量控制机制和基于引文链分析的富检索文献供给等方案。对改变现有平台参与度不高、论文质量无法有效控制、服务质量低下等问题将起到积极作用。

Analysis on Content Grouping and Pushing Technologies for Online Paper Publication Platform

Online paper publication is an inevitable trend in future academic exchange. However, the existing online publiscation platforms have some deficiencies in personalized service, the quality control of papers, the integration and dynamic scheduling of paper resources, and the control and utilization of metadata. To solve there problems, this paper presents such technological approaches as user interest modeling based on historical data and behavior data of users, personalized information pushing service based on the user interest model, paper quality control mechanism based on open reviewing and interactive writing, and rich literature provision based on analysis of citation links. These approaches will play a positive role in improving the user participation of the existing platforms, quality of papers and quality of service, etc.
