| 摘 要： | 目前＂西藏问题＂是中国与欧洲国家关系中的一个症结。双方在对西藏问题的看法和对达赖喇嘛的身份定位上都有差异。欧洲国家之所以介入＂西藏问题＂,除了其实用主义原则之外,还有人权和人文主义因素。面对这种情况,中国需要找到合适的措施加以应对。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, ＂Tibet issue＂ is a crux inthe relationship between China and the European countries. The two sides have different opinions on ＂Tibet issue＂ and Dalailama＇s identity. Besides their pragmatic principles, the reasons why the European countries intervene in the ＂ Tibet issue＂ also include the elements of human rights and humanism. Facing this situation, China needs to find appropriate measures to cope with. |
