中小企业创业影响因素研究--基于陕西省经验的案例分析

以陕西为例分析了区域中小企业创业的优势与创业滞后的矛盾关系,并通过与东部发达地区的比较,发现其存在的差距。随后将中小企业与大企业作为相互竞争的两种企业制度,比较两者的相对优势与劣势,并建立了一个中小企业创业影响因素的理论分析框架,继而通过对陕西中小企业的调研数据来加以验证和说明,其中重点分析了影响陕西中小企业创业的内部原因和外部原因影响因素。最后提出了促进中小企业创业的对策建议。

A Study on Influential Factors of SMEs Business Starting-- An Empirical Analysis of Shaanxi Province

This paper takes SMEs in Shaanxi Province as an example,analyses the advantages and the disadvantages in the pioneering stage of SMEs.After a comparative study between advanced East China and Shaanxi Province,we find out the gaps between these two areas.We think the institutions between SMEs and large enterprises are competitive.We find out their comparative advantages and disadvantages and establish a theoretical analysis framework on factors of SMEs business starting after comparison.We illustrate these achievements according to the investigation and empirical study.The key points are inner factors and external factors which have influences on SMEs business starting.Finally,we propose advice and countermeasures in promoting SMEs business starting.
