| 摘 要： | 本文观察了豚鼠加用环丙沙星或氧氟沙星前后血清茶碱药代动力学的变化,结果表明:环丙沙星对茶碱消除药代动力学有较大的影响,同时用药氨茶碱应个体化给药,加强血药浓度的监测;而氧氟沙星与氨茶碱合用则相对安全。

| Abstract: | The effects of ciprofloxacin(CPEX)and ofloxacin(OFLX)on the pharmacokinetics of theophylline.Were studied in 20 cavy with pulmonary diseases after concomitant oral administration of these two agents with aminophylline.We advise that patients who ate treated with aminophylline and are subsequenly treatde with CPEX,adjustment of the theophylline dosage and momtoring of serum theophylline cocentrations may be necessary in some patients to minimize the risk of theophylline toxicity.OFLX can be administered concomitantly with theophylline at a standard regimen. |
