| 摘 要： | 医学领军人才是医药卫生领域的第一战略资源?文章通过分层随机整群抽样调查法?深入访谈法等研究方法,对178名江苏医学领军人才进行问卷调查以及深入访谈10名访谈对象,总结影响医学领军人才成长的关键因素,并对问卷调查及访谈结果进行分析,提出医学领军人才培养发展的对策与建议?

| Abstract: | Medical leading talents are the primacy strategic resources in medical and health fields. Based on 178 Jiangsu medical leading talents by questionnaires under the principle of stratified cluster random sampling and 10 in- depth interviews by interviewee, the paper summarized the key factors of influencing the growth rate of medical leading talents, analyzed the questionnaire survey and interview results, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions about the cultivation and development of medical leading talents. |
