| 摘 要： | 针对当代大学生是时代特征的最紧密跟随者的特点,研究当代大学生时代特征的具体表现。当代大学生追求独立,有着极强的个性、自尊,他们积极探索新的道德价值体系,并且有激情、有理想,这些时代特征促使师生关系发生革命性的转变。基于此提出具体的教育对策,使教育工作者适应当代大学生新的思想特征,尊重、公正、平等、民主地对待他们,以激发大学生紧跟时代精神前进。
