| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO以后,专利侵权问题日渐成为社会关注的热点,其中所涉及的一些法律问题值得探讨。本文结合WTO的TRIPS协议,对专利侵权的构成、举证责任、权利限制以及纠纷解决等主要相关规则的适用问题进行了分析和研究。
