| 摘 要： | 作为执政哲学,科学发展观集中体现了无产阶级政党的根本性质、宗旨与先进性;科学发展观集中反映了当代中国最广大人民的政治诉求,是执政的中国共产党对当代中国政治生态的积极回应;科学发展观坚持、运用和发展了马克思主义社会发展理论中关于社会发展最终决定力量、人民群众的历史主体性、社会全面生产与社会系统发展等基本原理。

| Abstract: | As a philosophy of governing,the concept of scientific development shows the nature,the aim and the progressiveness of a proletarian party.In present-day,the concept of scientific development is an active response of a party in power to China political ecology and reports the vast majority of Chinese people's demand.And it is persistence,utilization and development of Marxism society development theory concerning the final decisive force of society development,the people's subjective status of history development,the comprehensive production and systematical development. |
