| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才的“孵化”模式是高校产学研结合培养人才的一个新探索,它是以科研团队为核心,将教学、科研“孵化”、科研营销三大系列有机结合起来培养创新人才的模式,该模式的四个组成部分——科研团队、科研“孵化”器、科研营销和教学各有特定的功能和特征。
