WTO体制下的中国服装业国际比较优势研究

文章分析了WTD有关服装贸易配额的规定，考察了欧美等发达国家与地区利用除配额外其它非关税壁垒限制服装进入其市场的情况。研究后表明，服装配额短期内不会立即取消，欧美等国家主要将进一步开放其中高档成衣市场。由于我国服装业的比较优势在于中低档成衣，考虑到我国服装面料依靠进口、服装缺少著名品牌，因此，我国服装行业利用WTO机制扩大服装出口存在不少困难。文章最后提出了包括加快我国服装业结构调整等对策建议。

A Study on the International Comparative Advantages of China's Costume Industry under WTO System

According to some agreements under WTO system, the traditional quota regulation on international costume trade will be cancelled gradually. But after China re-enters this organization, those non-tariff barriers on costume trade implemented hy some European countries and the USA will be the main barriers preventing China's costume export from further expansion. Taking into eonsideration the disadvantages of China's costume industry, the export of the country's costtune will not increase as quickly and greatly as expected.
