大同刀削面品牌驱动力分析

摘    要:大同刀削面作为大同地区最具特色的传统饮食,其经营现状让人担忧,实行品牌化经营是其唯一的出路,而对大同刀削面品牌经营的影响因素即驱动力的分析是大同刀削面品牌经营研究的基础。本文在分析大同刀削面品牌经营的现状的基础上,系统分析了大同刀削面品牌经营的驱动力要素,包括人口驱动、经济驱动、文化驱动、政策驱动、技术驱动、消费需求驱动、企业核心驱动以及竞争驱动。

Abstract:As the most unique and the traditional diet of Datong, The operating status of Datong noodle is worrying. The brand management is the only way for survival, and the analysis of the factors that impact on the operation of Datong noodle brand, that is to say the analysis for the driving forces is the basic work. This paper first analyzes the present status of the brand management for Datong sliced noodles. Then it systematically analyzes the brand driving forces for Datong sliced noodles, including the population- driving force, economic driving force, culture-driving force, policy-driving force, technology-driving force, consumer demand-driv- ing force, enterprise core -driving force and competition-driving force.
