| 摘 要： | 为更好地促进中日韩国际旅游发展，构建合理的东北亚旅游合作模式，通过对中日韩三国国际旅游发展历史趋势、现状水平的比较，得出影响三国国际旅游发展进程的因素主要包括国内大型涉外基础设施建设、政治经济形势、方针政策调整、国内大型国际事件等国内因素以及国际政治经济关系、国际政策法规、国际文化交流等国际因素。
