我国网络新闻传播发展要适度调整网络新闻传播的政策和策略。立足于“开”和“导”；要组建超级媒体集团，加快建设大型综合性网站；要拓展网站综合服务功能，提供受用户欢迎的新闻信息。我国应以更加主动积极的态度，顺应信息全球化的潮流，努力建好一个面向开放的、有国际竞争力的网络新闻传播体系。

A Tentative Idea on the Developmental Strategy of China's Online Journalism

The author holds that the development of online jouralism in China should conform to the adjustment policy and tactics of online journalism, and base itself upon the principle of 'opening' and 'guidance'. Our tasks also include:setting up super media conglomerates and accelerating the construction of large-scale composite web-sites; expanding the functions of the web-sites in comprehensive services and providing the information that people like to know. We should take an active attitude to comply with the trend of information globalization and make efforts to build an open and internationally competitive online journalistic system.
