摘    要:由于经济发展和新型产业结构的变化,社会对实用型、技术型人才的需求明显增加,”双师型”教师成为高职高专院校师资队伍建设的热门研究。结合天津市财贸管理干部学院”双师型”教师所占比例不足等特点,提出制定培养计划,加大培训力度,借鉴国外经验,加强在职教育,积极引进人才,完善激励机制等有效措施,旨在促进学院发展.为社会培养优秀人才。

Abstract:The development of economy and the industrial restructuring has led to a market increase in demand for practical and technical talents. At higher vocational colleges, the double qualified teachers are also in demand and building a double qualified teachers rank has been a top research. As an adult college, Tianjin Institute of Commercial and Financial Management is in a small proportion of double qualified teachers. In order to advance the development of this institute and cultivate more tal- ents, this paper puts forwards the following proposals: making plans and greater efforts learning from foreign experience; strengthening part-time education on teachers; actively talents; and improving the incentive mechanism.
