On Management of Knowledge Workers in Private Enterprises

In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge workers become the precious resources of keeping enterprises competitive. So the management of this kind of staff is the key to the success of private enterprises. In order to strengthen the management of knowledge employees, this paper proposes private enterprises should take the following ways： adopt different management measures, create sound environment, set up effective incentive mechanism and respect different kinds of values of staff.
