| 摘 要： | 本文从高校辅导员职业化与专业化、终身化等关系出发来厘清高校辅导员职业化的内涵。对高校辅导员职业化工作职能做了深入分析,并从理论研究、机构岗位设置、运作机制、保障机制等方面对广西高校辅导员队伍职业化长效机制进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper means to explicate the connotation of professionalizing the assistant group of the higher education in Guangxi from the points of professionalization and specialization.It deeply analyzes the working function of professionalizing the assistant group,and discusses the long-term system of professionalizing the assistant group from theoretical research,set-up of post,operative system and guarantee system. |
