| 摘 要： | 适应铁路跨越式发展需要,以MIS、ERP和SCM为起点对业务流程再造,提出建立包括面向市场的开放式服务系统、面向铁路资源的系统集成、面向路网的运输调度指挥和安全控制系统、信息资源整合平台等内容的铁路开放式集成再造系统模型,在理论上明确了信息化发展的三大重点方向,在操作上确定了系统整合的地位.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of great_leap_forward development of railways, based on MIS, ERP and SCM to reengineering business procedure, the article sets up the open integration and reengineering model, which includes the market_oriented open service system, railway resources integration system, transport dispatch and safe control system, as well as the information resources integration platform. |
