海南省旅游管理硕士专业学位人才培养模式探讨

旅游业对应用型高层次的巨大需求和建设海南国际旅游岛对高端人才的迫切需要,使旅游管理硕士专业学位(Master of Tourism Administration,简称MTA)应运而生,但现有的MTA培养模式已难以适应我国由旅游大国向旅游强国转变的新形势.从培养目标定位、招生入学条件、培养过程监控和规范学位授予诸方面,全面构建崭新的旅游管理硕士专业学位人才培养模式,将是我国高层次旅游教育发展的新趋势和新任务.

The Study of the Talents Training Mode of the Master of Tourism Administration Degree in Hainan

With the huge demand of the applied high -level talents for the tourism industry and the urgent need of the top talents for the construction of Hainan international tourism island, the MTA education was brought into being. But the existing training mode of the MTA is difficult to adapt to the new situation that China is developing from the tourism country to the great tourism country. In the aspects of the training target, enrolment condition, training control and degree award, a new talents training mode of the MTA will be a new trend and a new duty of the high- level tourism education.
