河南省城乡幼儿园幼儿教师从业状况与专业发展状况研究

摘    要:改革开放30多年以来,河南省幼儿教师的从业状况和专业发展有了可喜的进步,但教师的基本素质仍有极大的提升空间,各种问题与困惑依然阻碍着教师专业的进一步发展。因此,提高幼儿教师专业素质,应强调幼儿教师培训的实践性、强化分层分类培训、尝试个别化培训。

Abstract:In over thirty years of reform and opening up,there are encouraging progresses in employment and professional development of Henan kindergarten teachers.However,there is still great room for improvement of teachers’basic quality,and a variety of problems and confusion are still hampering the further development of teachers’ professional development.Then,in order to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers,we should emphasis on the practicality of the kindergarten teacher training,strengthen the classification training,and have a try on the individualized training.
