| Abstract: | Chinese traditional culture of mutual assistance,which is embodied in affinity oriented,geopolitics oriented,enterprise oriented or circle oriented mutual aids,has stamped upon Chinese ideology.Conferred on civil rights,the Chinese modern civil servants are required to administrating for the people.Therefore,it is imperative to cultivate and regulate the civil servants. |
