国际汉语教师培训实践创新模式维度

摘    要:当前国际汉语教师的培训活动往往只注重理论教学和经验传授,而轻视实践环节,现有实践模式也渐趋老化,无法适应新时期的现实要求。将六种维度的实践模式:观摩评议—实践创新模式的参照维度,文案设计—实践创新模式的规划维度,说课比赛—实践创新模式的执行维度,现场应对—实践创新模式的应变维度,课件制作—实践创新模式的技术维度,行动反思—实践创新模式的自修维度,重新设计应用于国际汉语教师培训的实践环节,值得参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Currently international Chinese teacher training only emphasizes on theoretical teaching and imparting of experience,and neglect practical training.While on hand practical mode is gradually out of date and unable to adapt the practical demand in new period.This paper redesigned six dimensions of practical mode and applied them into the practical aspect of international Chinese teacher training,which is worth referring.These six dimensions are view and emulate-consult dimension of practical innovation mode,text designing-project dimension of practical innovation mode,teaching report contest-executive dimension of practical innovation mode,live answer-adaptation dimension of practical innovation mode,courseware designing-technique dimension of practical innovation mode,introspection-self-study dimension of practical innovation mode.
