| 摘 要： | 文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的灵魂。为满足全省农民群众日益增长的多层次、多方面文化需求,应加强辽宁新农村文化建设,要以科学发展观统领全省农村文化工作,从政策上、机制上加大各级政府的支持力度,推动全省农村文化建设的大发展大繁荣,实现辽宁城乡人民群众共享文化成果,建设经济文化强省,全面振兴辽宁老工业基地。

| Abstract: | Culture construction is the central part of socialist new rural area construction.To meet the overall needs of farmers in Liaoning Province,improvement should be made of new rural culture construction in Liaoning Province directed by the policy of scientific development outlook and other related policies,so as to promote the prosperity of cultures,to build Liaoning Province into a province strong in cultures,and to re-energize Liaoning as a national industrial base. |
