| 摘 要： | 从“空间”的角度，国民经济的整体系统是由不同的“区域经济”构成。整个国民经济的发展总是在区域经济的分工、互补、互动的发展过程中实现的。因此，“区域经济”是否协调是整个国民经济能否可持续发展的关键。文章从产业转移、技术扩散、知识扩散和公共资源四个正外部性作用入手，分析发展正外部性与区域经济协调发展的关系。

| Abstract: | In a "spatial" sense,the national economy is composed of different "regional" economies,and the former is the combination of the latter.In view of the above-mentioned,the sustainable development of national economy lies in the harmonious development of "regional" economies.The relationship between positive effect of development and harmonious development of regional economies is analyzed on the basis of industrial transfer,technological and intellectual diffusions and public resources. |
