| 摘 要： | 从存在主义心理学的观点来看，大学生心理问题的出现主要是由于大学生失去了人生的意义和价值，从三个方面深刻分析了大学生是如何失去人生的意义和价值的。期望高校的心理健康教育能切实地帮助大学生建造起有意义的人生价值观。
