思想政治教育的和谐之维

思想政治教育和谐是以思想和谐为目标通过思想矛盾运动来达到新的思想和谐的过程。思想的交流、思想政治教育与其他工作的交往是思想政治教育的两种状态，它们既存在着矛盾又追求着协调，共同构成思想政治教育的和谐本性。思想政治教育和谐是人类思想发展的客观现象，也具有时代特征，思想政治教育应随着社会条件、时代特征和目标任务的变化，及时改变自己的内容和方式，努力做到适应社会并发挥积极作用。

The Harmonious Orientation of Ideological and Political Education

Based on the interaction of mental contradiction, it is possible to keep the harmony of ideological and political education by means of reaching new state of mental harmony. There are two forms of ideological and political education: the communication of ideas and the intercourse between ideological and political education and the other work, which are contradictory and coordinated with each other. The harmony of ideological and political education is the objective phenomenon reflecting the development of human beings' thought and bearing the characteristics of times as well. The content and manner of ideological and political education should alter in the wake of the change of social condition, era characteristics and object task in order to adapt to the society and play a positive role in the society.
