| 摘 要： | 达尔文和拉马克的“自然选择”机制以及艾尔斯特的“完全功能主义”从释义作为功能性解释的目的论开始,阐释了企业演化理论的方法论基础:目的论解释和完全功能主义解释。分析认为,威廉姆逊的组织结构演化方法论不适合完全功能主义解释,而纳尔逊和温特的企业演化方法论和芝加哥学派的选择论则是以典型的完全功能主义方法论为基础。

| Abstract: | Darwinian and Lamarckian natural selection mechanism and Elster'perfect functionalism explain the foundations of methodology on the theory of enterprise evolution from the beginning of explanation on Teleology as functionality: explanations on Teleology and perfect functionalism.The analysis considers that Williamson' methodology on evolution of organizational structure doesn't adapt to explanation on perfect functionalism,and that Nelson and Winter's methodology on enterprise evolution and Chicago school's selection theory are based on the foundation of typical perfect functionalism. |
