| 摘 要： | 成渝经济区地处中国西部,其经济发展水平居西部前列,然而就经济总量、人均GDP各项经济指标以及城市体系的完善程度而言,成渝经济区同长三角经济区、珠三角经济区、环渤海经济区等区域还有很大差距,要成为中国的第四增长极,还尚需进一步发展。本文从成渝经济区发展现状出发,对构建成渝经济区增长极进行多方面综合的可行性分析,探索成渝经济区发展为增长极的制约因素,并按照建设统筹城乡综合配套试验区的国家战略目标,提出构建成渝经济区增长极的对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Chongqing and Chengdu are the two key cities in Western China. If we can unit the two cities as the fourth growth pole in China, which can run neck and neck with the development of the Yangtze Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the Surrounding Bo Sea, it will be of great significance in promoting the urbanization of Cheng-Yu region, driving the economic development of its adjacent region and pushing forward the Development of the West Regions. Beginning with the development actuality of Cheng-Yu economic region, the article analyzes the feasibility of constructing the growth pole of Cheng- Yu economic region, summarizes the problems and challenges possibly facing with the course of constructing, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions for constructing the growth pole of Cheng-Yu economic region. |
