| 摘 要： | 美国颁行的"购银法案"引起国际银价大幅波动上涨,中国深受其害.中国南京国民政府多方寻求摆脱危机的方式,最终走上了币制改革的艰难之路.在不断变化的国际环境中,美国从危机的制造者转变为支持币制改革的经济伙伴.出现这种巨大的变化,符合上世纪30年代国际政治经济发展的环境,美国对华经济政策也是它在远东地区利益的重要体现.
