中西部农村地区人口计划生育调查之分析

利用有关数据对中国中西部农村地区的人口“计划外生育”(超生)现象进行研究。研究发现,社会经济基础、生育文化和计划生育政策强度是影响不同地区“计划外生育”的主要因素。研究还发现,这些地区的人口生育水平实际上已经处于较低的水平。事实上,“计划外生育”或“超生”现象与计划生育政策的不同界定标准有很大关系,这与上世纪八、九十年代出现的“超生”现象不具有可比性。

Analysis on the Investigation of Family Planning in Central and Western Rural China

Based on the exisiting data,this paper carried on a careful research on the disapproved birth phenomena in central and western rural China.By analysis,the author finds that the major determinants of this phenomenon include the foundation of socio-economic,fertility culture,and the implementation of Family planning.In addition,the author also finds that the level of the lifetime fertility in these areas has been already reduced to a relatively low condition.In fact,the phenomenon of the disapproved birth is tightly associated with the different evaluation systems of One-Child Policy,which is incomparable with that of the disapproved birth in the 1980s and 1990s.
