| Abstract: | In Contemporary China,social structure change impact and reconstruct the entire traditional order thought idea,the system,and the mechanism.The main manifesting is transparent,the government by law in the entire social movement rule and in the rights of citizens standard foundation social strength increases opens,as well as the government and the citizen relate adaption and heavy construction. |
