| 摘 要： | 国家宏观政策、教育体制、大学生个人等多个层面造成了当前大学生就业难的局面。这就需要从多个纬度进行分析，实行以就业为中心的经济增长模式，规范大学生就业市场，鼓励大学生走自主创业之路，继续进行高校改革，创新高校人才培养模式，加强就业指导培训体系建设，以期大学生就业问题得到有效缓解。
