解字释"辞"舛讹之"海"--翻阅黑龙江人民版《现代汉语辞海》(2002年修订版)摭谈

字典辞书是无声的教师,对读者具有示范和引导作用。字典辞书应严格执行国家语言文字规范标准,在语言文字规范化、标准化中发挥重要的典范作用。《现代汉语辞海》舛误多达百处,以讹传讹,影响不可低估。指出其不按国家颁布的《现代汉语通用字表》、《第一批异体字整理表》、《汉语拼音拼写法基本规则》、《中文书刊名称汉语拼音拼写法》以及重新发表的《简化字总表》等规范标准解字释辞,造成不应有的种种错误。这种滥编、乱出版语文工具书的现状,应当引起有关方面的足够重视。

Mistakes in "The Modern Chinese Dictionary"

A dictionary acts as a silent teacher, being a model and guideline to readers. It also plays an important role for language standardization. Thus, a dictionary should strictly follow the national language norms. These norms can be referred to in books of "Chinese Language Word Frequency", "The First Series of Standardized Forms of Words with Non-standardized Variant Forms", and the new edition of "The Script in Simplified Chinese Range", "Basic Rules for Hanyu Pinyin Orthography", and "Transliterating Rules of Chinese Phonetic and Alphabet on Titles for Books and Periodicals in Chinese". However, "The Modern Chinese Dictionary" (2002 Edition) published by Heilongjiang People's Press seems not to be able to fulfill the task of being a standard dictionary, since up to a hundred mistakes are found in it. It is hoped that this paper can arouse the attention of the authorities in charge of dictionary publications, it is also hoped that no more such unqualified dictionaries would be seen in the future.
