| 摘 要： | 企业实现规模经济是产业组织合理化的重要标志。本文利用实证分析方法对我国企业规模和规模结构进行了研究，并对改革开放以来我国企业规模经济的理论和实践问题进行了辨析，指出近20年来我国企业规模经济状况与发达国家相比还存在较大差距，但正向着合理化方向发展。

| Abstract: | The realization of scale economies for an enterprise is an important sign for the rationalization of industrial structure.This piece studies the sizes of Chinese enterprises and their structures from a positive perspective,and makes a comment on and analysis of the theories,advanced since the implementation of the reform and open door policy,and the practice with respect to economies of scale of Chinese enterprises.The author of the piece also points out although a big gap still exists between the scale economies of Chinese enterprises and that of the advanced countries,but the former are developing toward rationalization. |
