对我国粮食流通体制改革历程的简要回顾与思考

对我国粮食流通体制改革进行了简要回顾。认为改革开放以来我国粮食流通体制改革经历了6个阶段,即1979-1984年的计划为主、市场调节为辅阶段;1985-1990年的粮食流通双轨制阶段;1991-1996年的两条线运行阶段;1997-1999年的深化完善粮食流通体制改革阶段;2000-2003年的放开销区保护产区阶段和2004年以后的粮食购销市场化阶段。总结了我国粮食流通体制改革的主要经验。

A BRIEF REVIWE AND THINKING ON THE COURSE OF CHINA'S GRAIN CIRCULATION RESTRUCTURING

The paper does a brief review of China＇s grain circulation restructuring.It holds that the reforming of China＇s grain circulation restructure has undergone 6 stages,i.e.the stage of relying mainly on planning while making market regulation subsidiary between 1979 and 1984;the stage of double-track system of grain between 1985 and 1990;the stage of double-line operating between 1991 and 1996;the stage of deepening and perfecting grain circulation restructuring between 1997 and 1999;the stage of giving grain marketing region full authority and protecting grain production region between 2000 and 2003 and the stage of making grain buying and selling marketable after 2004.The paper sums up the major experience of our grain circulation restructuring.
