An Analysis of the Function of EU Member States in European Common Foreign Policy

European integration,including the cause of European common foreign policy,is based on its member states,the function of member states towards European common foreign policy could be clarified as those of advantagecement arrangement,institutional checking and coordination of efficiency.Differences of interests between member states lead to differences in responses from member states.The role of member states in European foreign policy is becoming increasingly critical and it is necessary for European Union to settle such problems as different conceptions of common foreign policy multi-speeded Europe and citizen basement.
