| 摘 要： | 企业信息资源是企业在"供绐-生产-销售-服务"等各环节所获取和产生的一切有用信息的集合,其特征是以盈利为目的,具有风险性、竞争性、可控及知识产权保护性.企业发展阶段不同,其信息资源构成也不同.文章分别对处于"家庭手工业"历史阶段、"工场手工业"历史阶段、"工厂"历史阶段、"大型企业、垄断企业与集团企业"历史阶段及"企业战略联盟及虚拟企业"历史阶段的企业的信息资源构成进行了论述.文章认为,在当今IN-TERNET环境及WTO背景下,无论我国各企业现处于何种发展阶段,其信息资源构成都是全方位的、复合型的、动态的.
