| 摘 要： | 目前,国内外都加强了对可持续发展理论的研究,并分别构建了相应的评价指标体系和计算模型,但国内外关注的重点有所不同,国外关注环境、生态、福利等内容,国内则更关注经济发展,并且在城市可持续发展评价上也存在指标庞杂、实际应用性不强等问题.构建可持续发展评价指标体系应遵循科学性、简明性、整体性、特殊性、稳定性、动态性、可操作性等原则.

| Abstract: | At present,domestic and overseas scholar all strengthen the research to sustainable development theory and respectively construct relevant index system and mathematical model.However domestic and overseas scholars have different focus.The overseas scholars focus on environment,zoology,welfare and so on.The domestic scholars pay more attention to economic development,and their evaluating index systems of sustainable development are numerous,jumbled and low applicable.Thus constructing effective index system of sustainable development should keep to the principles such as scientific,simple,unitary,particularity,stability,dynamic and operable. |
