区域低碳创新的文化制约及其服务体系建设研究

文化是区域低碳创新的重要影响因素,文化创新是区域低碳创新的内在灵魂。区域低碳创新的文化制约主要表现为：缺乏低碳创新的基本理念和重要性认知,传统落后文化、高碳消费习惯和消费模式的制约以及公共文化服务体系建设滞后等。区域低碳创新的文化策略选择,应该从政府、企业、社会群众、服务体系等层面加强低碳创新文化宣传,树立清洁生产和低碳消费理念,建设低碳创新的公共文化服务体系,构建低碳创新型社会和实现低碳文化共享。

Research on the Cultural Restriction and the Service System Construction of the Regional Low-carbon Innovation

Culture is the important influence factor of the regional low-carbon innovation,and culture innovation is the soul of the regional low-carbon innovation.There are main performances of the culture restriction of the regional low-carbon innovation such as:the lack of the basic idea and the importance of cognitive in the low-carbon innovation,the traditional and backward culture,the high carbon consumption habits and patterns to restrict and the lag construction of public cultural service system.The culture strategies of the regional low-carbon innovation,should from the government,enterprises,social masses,service system and other aspects to strengthen the low-carbon innovation culture propaganda,and to establish the clean production and the low carbon consumption concept,and the construction of low carbon innovation of public cultural service system,and to build a low carbon innovation society and to achieve a low-carbon culture sharing.
