| 摘 要： | 随着电网企业建设的快速发展和电网企业物资招标工作面临新的挑战,加强对投标人的全面、细致评估成为电网企业招标工作的重点之一。本文从技术、商务和报价三个方面,采用综合评估法,提出基于综合评估法的电网企业物资招标评标方法,为电网企业物资招标中更高效合理的进行评标工作提供了理论和方法支持。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of the power grid enterprise construction,power grid enterprise material bidding faces new challenges.The highlight of bidding work is assessment bidders overall and.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of power grid enterprise material bidding assessment based on comprehensive evaluation method.The method includes technology,business and offer of bidders.It provides a theory and method to assess grid enterprise materials bidding efficiently and reasonably. |
