高等农业院校经济困难学生的研究

随着高等教育改革的不断推进 ,高校收费全面并轨 ,使贫困生问题越来越受到社会和学校的广泛关注。在农业院校 ,贫困生问题更为突出。笔者结合多年助困工作的经验 ,综合大量调查事实 ,在透彻分析致贫原因和现实制度的利弊的基础上 ,提出根本性解决办法 :扩展勤工助学途径 ;加强贫困生思想教育 ;合理利用助学贷款 ;建立科学的收费标准 ;实行学分制等。

Investigation on Students With Financital Difficulties in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

With the deepening of the reform in higher education,great chan ge s have been made in collecting university tuition and other expenses presently a nd the problem of students with financial difficulties has aroused general conce rn in the whole society.In agricultural colleges and universities,this problem b ecomes more serious.In this paper,on the basis of the overall investigation and years' working experience,the author,after making a thorough analyses of reasons for poverty and the advantages of the existing system,put forward some tentativ e solutions:developing more work-study programs;strengthening the ideological e ducation of poor students;rationally making use of students' loan;drawing up sci entific criteria for collecting tuition and other expenses and implementing cred it system.
