| 摘 要： | 正义作为“相同者同等对待”和“不同者差等对待”的统一,它的实现是以对等为中介的。从人的同一性出发,通过对等而实现同等对待,从人的差异性出发,通过对等而实现差等对待,对等是正义的内在生成原则。

| Abstract: | The justice is the unity of the theories that the same should be treated equally and the difference should be treated differently. Its realization takes the reciprocity as the medium. From the identity of human being, we realize equal treatment by the reciprocity; from the difference of human being, we realize different treatment. The reciprocity is the intrinsic generating principle of justice. |
