| 摘 要： | 作者以西方人本主义心理学家的心理健康理论作为理论基础,阐述了心理健康的含义,分析了西方人本主义心理学家的心理健康理论,及其对高校大学生的心理健康教育的指导意义,进而对中国当代大学生的心理现状、当前高校心理健康教育中存在的问题做了分析,提出了高校心理健康普及教育的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of mental health of western humanism psychologists,the paper introduces the content of mental health and analyses the theory to demonstrate the instructional function for mental health education in universities.It also provides sugges-tions on the basis of analysis of the mental status of current university students and of existing problems in such education. |
