受社会整体发展的影响和自身成长的局限,大学生的人际信任程度较低,表现为团队协作精神缺乏、人际交往中的自我封闭、心理发展中的失衡,引起这一现象的主要原因在于大学生对于环境变化的不适应、理想和现实产生的差距、来自家庭和就业的双重压力,大学教育必须采取多种途径,提高大学生的人际信任水平,帮助其建立和谐的人际关系,为学生全面发展奠定基础。

Enhance the Level of Interpersonal Trust and Establish Undergraduate''''s Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship

Owing to the influence of social holistic development and the self growing limitation, the level of undergraduate's interpersonal trust is low, which is represented by the lack of team spirit, self-close in interpersonal interoourse and the unbalance of mental development. These phenomena result from the undergraduate's maladjustment of the change of new environment, the disparity between the ideality and reality and the double pressure from family and employment. So the college education should take measures to enhance the level of the undergraduate's interpersonal trust and to help them establish har- monious interpersonal relationship, which can settle the foundation for their all-round development.
