植物细胞激动素混剂在台湾青枣上的应用研究

应用新研制的植物细胞激动素混剂CTK4种浓度对台湾青枣进行了应用试验研究,结果表明:(1)CTK促进果实增大,青枣果实横径比对照增长了5.74%～14.53%,纵径增长了2.85%～10.88%,平均单是重提高了19.36%～41.3%,其中CTK5 mg/L两次用药的效果最好,平均横径和纵径比对照提高了14.53%和10.88%,平均单果重比对照提高了41.3%,大大增加了产量;(2)CTK显著提高了果实品质CTK用药一次还是两次,均可提高台湾青枣果实品质,可溶性固形物的含量比对提高了1.56%～33.17%,其中仍以CTK 5 mg/L两次用药的作用效果最佳,比对照提高达33.17%;(3)CTK能增强台湾青枣的抗逆性,促进了营养生长.

A Study of the Cytokinin Mixture (CTK) Applied to the Taiwan Green Jujube

The plant cytokinin mixture(CTK) has been aplied initially to Taiwan Green Jujube,and the result shows:(1)use of the 4 concentration of CTK once or twice could enlarge the fruit and increase the average weight of each fruit.For example,the breadth and the length diameters of a fruit were increased by 5.74%-14.535 and 2.85%-10.88%,and the average weight of each fruit by 19.36%-41.3% in comparison with that without using CTK.It was more effective to apple CTK 5 mg/L twice.The Green Jujube yield is increased greatly by using CTK.(2) The proportion of the soluble solid in the Taiwan Green Jujube by using four various concentration of CTK once or twice was increased by 1.56%-33.17% in comparison with that without using CTK.CTK 5 mg/L applied twice is more effective.Therefore,CTK could improve the quality of the fruit dramatically.(3) CTK strengthened and improved the hardiness and the vegetative growth of Taiwan Green Jujube.
