论总体国家安全观视野中的文化安全

文化安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。随着我国综合国力的提升,我国文化建设不断加强,文化安全形势不断得到改善。但由于受多元文化思潮的冲击、消极腐败行为的影响、以及互联网＂双刃剑＂效应的影响,我国文化安全始终面临巨大的威胁和挑战。应对挑战、化解风险,应尽快制定国家文化安全战略,积极构建具有中国因素的国际认同文化,坚持在包容的基础上敢于进行文化斗争,切实掌握互联网舆论主导权,积极推动国际文化新秩序的建立。

Cultural Security in the Frame of Overall National Security

Cultural security is an important part of national security. With the promotion of Chinese overall national strength and cultural construction, the cultural security of our country has been im- proving. However, our culture has been facing major challenges and threats by the multi-culture shock and the impact of corruption and double-edged effect of network. To tackle these challenges, We should develop our national culture security strategy, build a culture combining Chinese elements and international identity, stick to cultural struggles on the basis of tolerance, gain dominance over public opinion on Internet, and promote the establishment of a new international cultural order.
