| 摘 要： | 中国现行国籍法不承认双重国籍,这在华侨和其他相关人士及知识界引起持续反对,全国政协委员和各民主党派多次提案要求予以松动,但因全国人大常委会和一些准官方学者反对,问题至今没有进展。就学术界对这一问题的讨论进行梳理与研究,以期对政府法律和政策制定者有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Chinese Nationality Law doesn＇t accept dual nationality, which has evoked persistent opposition among oversea Chinese and the related people as well as the intellectuals. Members of the national commitl：ee of CPPCC and the democratic parties have repeatedly made proposals for lifting the ban but in vain, due to the veto from the Standing Committee of NPC and some quasi-Bgovernment scholars. A re.view of the related researches might offer a better understanding of the issue. |
