摘    要:从组织间的比较特征为切入点,以制度理论、权变理论、资源依赖理论、利益相关者理论等为理论基础,通过跨组织应急合作关系与商业组织合作关系的影响因素与机制的分析,在组织合作关系形成维持理论模型和合作优势理论基础上,构建了组织间比较特征对跨组织应急合作关系的影响研究框架,并阐述了研究框架的实证研究路线。

Abstract:A research framework of the impact mechanism of organization-specific features on emer- gency cooperation between organizations is constructed based on the theories on system, contingency, resource dependency, and stakeholders. Its construction is also based on the analysis of the influence factors and mechanism of the cooperation relations in inter-organizational emergency and between commercial organizations. It takes advantage of the maintenance theory model and cooperation advan- tage theory.
