做好合并高校思想政治工作 提高高职学院的核心竞争力

整合区域内职教资源,对欠发达地区来说是发展地方高职教育的一项策略。但合并关系到新学院广大教职工的切身利益,必然在教职工思想上产生一定的波动,如何做好广大教职工的思想政治工作,是摆在党委和思政人员面前的一项大事。通过加强领导、宣传、引导、协调和学习,来提高认识,从而构建现代学校管理体制,提高高职学院的核心竞争力。

On Doing the Ideological and Political Work Well after Merging to Improve the Core Competitiveness of Vocational Colleges

To integrate the regional resources is one of the strategies to develop the regional vocational education in developing areas. However, the merging of colleges will inevitably cause the inward fluctuation of teachers and staffs, since it will affect their vital interests. So how to do their ideological and political work well is a major problem the party committee and administration staffs have to face. We should construct the school administrative system by strengthening the administration, propaganda, induction, correspondence and study and enhance the awareness, so as to improve the core competitiveness of vocational colleges.
